1. How to book movie tickets?
Ans.: If you want to book movie tickets then you must visit our authorized booking center. From the website you can online see the movie schedule and check ticket availability.

2. How to check ticket availability from website?
Ans.: From the homepage select your choice of movie, theatre and date, on submission it will display schedules of all the matching shows. If the show is open for booking, then click on that show to check the ticket availability.

3. Can I book tickets online using my credit card or net banking?
Ans.: No. Tickets can only be booked by authorized booking centers.

4. What to do when you phase any problem at theater ticket window?
Ans.: If there is problem regard movie tickets at theater Ticket Booking window contact our Customer Care (41204553/41500444) or booking agent from where you collected movie tickets.

5. How many Theaters are included in iticket.in network ?
Ans.: Theater Network List : Abhinay, InnovativeMultiplex, Kalish, Menaka, Movieland, Mukunda, Naga, Navarang, Pallavi, Poornima, Parimala, RadhaKrishna, Santosh, Triveni, Tribhuvan. Very soon more theatres will be added

6. How to get Internet Booked Ticket from Theater Booking window?
Ans.: You will get iticket.in Reservation Slip from our authorized booking center at the time of booking your ticket. You have to display that reservation slip at theater booking window before 15 minute of that particular show and collect original tickets from the theater booking window.

7. Can we get Seat No at the time of internet booking?
Ans.: No, seat no cannot be given at the time of booking. The seat position is dependent on the theatres.

8 .Can I book tickets in advance for a forthcoming movie?
Yes, you can book tickets in advance for movies that will start playing the following week (from Friday). As long as the movies are listed on the site, you can book tickets for those movies.

9. Can I cancel the tickets that i have booked online and get a refund?
Once tickets have been bought online, they are considered sold and cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged.

10. What if I lose my iticket.in confirmation slip ?
Once you have finished booking your tickets, you will be given a ticket by the booking center that is called as the iticket.in confirmation slipt. This slip has to be provided at the respective theatre to exchange for the orginal ticket. If you lose or damage the iticket.in confirmation slip, no replacement or no refund will be provided and you will not be able to get the original ticket also.

12. Are there any charges for booking tickets ?
Ans.: We add a very nominal amount as a service charge per ticket.
